Meditation Surrey offers a range of courses in mindfulness meditation in Epsom, Surrey.
Our courses include a range of meditation and mindfulness techniques that have been clinically proven to enhance and improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Our courses are secular and open to all. The techniques we teach are simple and straightforward and do not require the purchase of special equipment, nor do they require participants to sit in any strange or uncomfortable positions! Our aim is to make mindfulness meditation accessible to all and to enable participants to weave mindful awareness into their everyday lives.

Our 8-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation for Health & Wellbeing course is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (‘MBSR’) course devised by Jon Kabat-Zinn. However, our course is designed for anyone looking to enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing, not just those suffering from a specific medical condition. Our meditation practices are shorter than those taught in the MBSR course so that participants are better placed to make the practices a regular part of their everyday lives. In addition, the majority of our meditation practices simply require participants to sit in a chair so that they can be practised pretty much anywhere and at any time!
